Hi! I’m Anna Findlay
I help women & quiet achievers who feel stuck, undervalued, or off-track confidently reposition themselves to build the careers they actually want, whether it’s a new job, a pivot, or a promotion, without wasting time or playing small.I’ve helped women make transformations such as going from 6 months of silence in the job market to landing their first Senior role with a $50K salary jump, from 3 years of being overlooked for a promotion to confidently stepping into that manager role in less than 6 months; all by following the Career AccelerateHER system.
But I didn’t start out with all the answers. For years, I was the classic quiet achiever; overworked, overlooked, and invisible. I thought if I kept my head down and did the work, recognition would come. It didn’t. My turning point came when I realized I needed to stop waiting for permission and instead study what actually makes people rise faster - clarity, communication, influence, and strategy.
Once I applied these principles, everything changed. I transitioned across 4 industries (with no prior experience), landed 3 promotions in 18 months, and even started getting headhunted for roles I hadn’t applied for.
